As Caffè Corsini, we pay particular attention to the safeguarding of the production sites, the environment and the local coffee growers.
Whenever possible we select plantations that support the international Transfair project, a non-profit organization promoting fair trade, recalling the ethical principles Corsini does not want to do without.
The project favours direct commercial relations with the small local growers in the south of the world, acknowledging their dignity and opportunity of an autonomous development.
All this out of respect for the ethnic, social, ethic and environmental values.
